About the event
The 4th annual Windsor Riverfest planning has begun. The Windsor Riverfest is a free admission celebration of Northeastern North Carolina's natural beauty, culture, and people. This festival offers activities for all ages, including food trucks, art vendors, live music, free boat rides, interactive exhibits, Bertie County Master Garden plant sale and garden training, farmers' market, kid's scavenger hunt and new for 2026 - a paddle race on the Cashie River!
