Windsor Riverfest

Windsor Riverfest is a free admission celebration of Northeastern North Carolina's natural beauty, culture, and people that will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 11 am to 8 pm at the Roanoke/Cashie River Center. This festival promises activities for all ages, including food trucks, art vendors, live music, free boat rides, interactive exhibits, workshops, farmers' market, and more. New for 2026, we are organizing a kayak race on the Cashie River to encourage outdoor recreation in our beautiful blackwater river. Come and discover the unique features of the region while enjoying the festivities at the Windsor Riverfest.​
